Have fun and try some out! We are trying to be easy with some of the cocktails so that the average person can make them. Other cocktails listed are naturally more challenging to mix. These cocktails will be a breeze to mix once you have the proper bartender training. Established in 1982, we are Riverside’s oldest and most successful bartending school. We have one-on-one training, allowing students to learn at their own pace. Our students learn high-volume bartending skills, and upon graduation, they are ready to serve as professional bartenders.
